Creative Support
You help shape the visual identity of MEI. From student stories to small design needs to capturing the moments that matter.
If you’re a photographer, designer, editor, writer, filmmaker, or creative thinker, your work helps students feel seen and helps the community understand what we’re building.
Events & Experiences
For people who love bringing others together and can help create environments where our community feels supported and connected.
You might help with:
organizing small student gatherings or workshops
coordinating volunteer meetups
setting up creative or fundraising events
connecting MEI with local organizations, studios, or community groups
helping build relationships with partners who can offer opportunities to students
You don’t need event experience, just a willingness to create environments where students feel seen, included, and inspired.
Leadership & Skill Support
This is for business owners, freelancers, managers, tradespeople, side-hustlers, and anyone who’s built a life by figuring things out as they go.
This could look like:
letting a student shadow you for a day
offering a short internship or seasonal role
giving someone real workplace experience
teaching a practical skill you wish you’d learned earlier
reviewing a resume or portfolio
sharing your industry knowledge
offering part-time or project work when available
Admin & Operations
You’re the person who keeps things from slipping through the cracks.
Forms get processed, follow-ups get sent, information stays organized and because of you, a student stays connected instead of getting lost.
